A Bit About Me
Everybody has a story. Mine is simple and straightforward: I've lived in Livonia since graduating SUNY Geneseo in 2005. I have a beautiful wife named Jen and two teenagers at home, Olivia and Alex. They, along with my three dogs Ruby, Jasper and Rusty, keep me plenty busy around the house.
Professionally, I fill my days and evenings with teaching in the Canandaigua City School District, writing novels and non-fiction for young readers and writers, and working with a wide age-range of students both with and without special needs. For me, teaching is a calling. And after working for twenty years in the public-school sector, I want to bring my knowledge, experience and expertise to the homeschool realm, and be that support and guidance that families deserve.
My mission is also straightforward: to educate, guide, coach and assure both parents and students that the homeschool journey is a positive one, filled with both challenges and rewards, and that anything is possible with belief in yourself.
